Paddington Kingdom Commercial
No. 1 and No. 2 Kingdom Street, Paddington
This is our 4th project on the Paddington Central Development to construct 12 storey office building for Development Securities. Our works included pilecaps, drainage, retaining walls substructure slabs, supporting two slip formed cores and a post tensioned concrete frame designed and detailed by Structural Systems (UK). We also implemented our Perimeter Screen System in partnership with Ischebeck Titan.
