Leeds Gateway Residential
Gateway Phase 1, Leeds
The gateway project is the largest ever residential site in central Leeds a mixed use development scheme comprises 249 residential apartments a 215 bed hotel and retail and commercial space with underground car parking for 250 cars. The tallest tower on the site reaching 15 storeys.
Phase 1 included the construction of the first 106 apartments. Our works included the sub and superstructure elements of the phase 1 works including, slipformed cores and post tensioned suspended slabs above ground level.
Gateway Phase 2, Leeds
Working closely with the main contractor, following an excellent relationship on Phase 1 of this project, we provided a one-stop-shop service for ground works, slipformed cores, design and installation of post-tensioned floor slabs and craneage.
