Also known as 15 Canada Square, our contract was for the reinforced concrete basement as well as service cores and floors within the 4 storey basement box.
The works included a large reinforced concrete raft slab over the entire foot print of the site and 4 levels of suspended concrete supported on columns and perimeter walls, the podium slab contained cast in holding down bolts for the structural steel frame above.
