BP2 Commercial

BP2 Phase 2
Situated on the northern edge of Canary Wharf, over the former West India Import Dock, this 15-storey structure has some 200,000 sq ft of office space, arranged over 12 floors. The piled foundations were constructed in three separate stages. PCH constructed the final stage of these foundations in which substantial alterations were made to the original basement structure including a complex series of transfer beams to support the new column grid. The slipformed core was unusually commenced at basement level 1 off the new transfer beams constructed to assist in the relocation of the re-designed core.
